The MSOS Guidelines Committee reviewed a number of suggested new guidelines it received in our last survey, and consolidated them into a set of 19 medication safety guidelines to recommend to ISMP for future development. We are requesting that MSOS members complete the following survey by no later than July 20, 2015 to help the Guidelines Committee by ranking the priority of the need for these proposed guidelines. This information will be used to submit a finalized and prioritized list to ISMP. Thank you for your input.
